Online availability of electricity bills, maintenance bills, complaints, meter readings, due dates, payment & history etc for all residents.

Online Complaint Management System where user can log complaint through Mobile App or Web Portal.

Facility to view/download Electricity and Maintenance bills. Resident will be notified through SMS and Email

Resident can check latest invoice, payments, current dues/demand, complaints, notices etc

Generate notification and alerts according to predefined rules like Bills Generated, Payment Received, Complaint Logged, Solved etc.

Admin can flash notices through Email, SMS and this system. Notice will be visible to the residents meant for the purpose.
